Us at Wolf Den Gaming like to give back. We provide the equipment you provide the space. Together we host a gaming event and proceeds from ticket sales go to the charity!

What We Offer: Tournament-Style Play– Small groups battle it out, with winners advancing to a final match. Lower attendance? We can run a single-game showdown!

Up to 40 Players– We have nearly every character in the game, and with extra copies, we can expand even further!

What We Provide

🎲 Tournament Organization – Full setup and structure for a competitive, fun event.

💰 Charity Fundraising – 100% of the tournament buy-in goes directly to your chosen charity.

🛠️ Trained Staff & Volunteer Guidance – We run the tournament smoothly and train volunteers as referees if needed.
🛍️ (Optional) Pop-Up Shop – A small space to showcase Wolf Den Gaming’s unique, handcrafted gaming accessories.

What We Need

📍Event Space– A designated area withtables and chairsto accommodate players.
🙋‍♂️Volunteers (if large attendance is expected)– We may need extrarefereesto help with rules and gameplay. Training will be provided.
📢Event Promotion– The tournament should be promoted assponsored by Wolf Den Gamingin event materials.
🛍️(Optional) Vendor Space– If allowed, we would love a small space to set up apop-up shopfor our handcrafted gaming accessories.
💰Charity Donation Structure– The event host determines thetournament buy-in fee, with all proceeds going to charity.

2️⃣ Confirm Space & Setup – Ensure we have enough tables and chairs for players and, if applicable, space for a pop-up shop.
3️⃣ Determine Tournament Structure – Decide on the buy-in fee for charity and whether we’ll run a multi-round or single-game format based on attendance.
